Error occurs when trying to generate PDF report in NuGenesis LMS - WKB98996

SYMPTOMS

• Error message "An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to http://servername/WATERSLMS/WebServi...ortService.svc. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details."

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 ELN
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 9 LMS

CAUSE

 WATERSELN PDF Printer has not loaded correctly on the ELN application server.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reinstalled the LMS PDF printer.
