SYMPTOMS
- This error appears when trying to preview files from SDMS WebVision:
- [NG14692] Shadow server process not available. Please try again.
ENVIRONMENT
- NuGenesis 9 SDMS
- NuGenesis 8 SDMS
CAUSE
The NuGenesis RPC service is either not running or is running but is in a bad state.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Start or restart the NuGenesis RPC service on the SDMS Web server.
