Error "Invalid use of a Waters plug-in detected" when opening a NuGenesis Smart Builder form - WKB94145

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears when opening a NuGenesis Smart Builder form:
  • Invalid use of a Waters plug-in detected
     

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• The Smart Builder form makes use of the a plugin from Waters Professional Services

CAUSE

No license for the plugin is installed on the client machine.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Contact Waters Technical Support for assistance with obtaining a license for the Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface plugin.
