- Error message "The user is not a valid NuGenesis user on SDMS Server" while logging in via SDMS Project Browser in NuGenesis LMS
- The same user can log in to SDMS and SDMS WebVision successfully
- The same message may appear when using the SDMS Upload function in NuGenesis LMS documents
- LDAP login

CAUSE
Use of a special character in the network password
FIX or WORKAROUND
Do not use special characters in the password for LDAP credentials.
