SYMPTOMS
- The following message appears when using the NuGenesis LMS IIS configuration tool:
- The Internal PDF Converter (Amyuni) cannot be initialized!
- The default printer name, WatersLMS PDF Printer, does not appear in the printers list
ENVIRONMENT
- NuGenesis 9 LMS
- NuGenesis 8 LMS
- NuGenesis 8 ELN
CAUSE
The WatersLMS PDF Printer is not installed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reinstall the printer as described in article WKB20255.
