Error "[NG24012] Can't create file" appears when previewing data in NuGenesis SDMS - WKB79661

SYMPTOMS

• Users see error message "[NG24012] Can't create file" when previewing records in WebVision

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The SDMS Web server ran out of disk space for temporary files.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Delete files from the SDMS server's drives to free up space.
2. Investigate why the disk was full:
   • Is SDMS debug logging active?
   • Are the IIS log files taking up a lot of space?
   • Were any large files recently copied to the web server?
