Error "None of the templates provided are valid" appears in the NuGenesis LMS Document Creator Service log file - WKB79656

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears in the DCS's log file:

  • ERROR Waters.CreateDocumentService.DocumentServiceHelper [(null)] - 13 　

    System.Exception: com.creon.erm.common.SystemException: None of the templates provided are valid ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[com.creon.erm.common.SystemException]: None of the templates provided are valid

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 ELN

CAUSE

The DCS tries to create the documents in a department that is not in the Template Access List of templates.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Either add the department to the Template Access List or remove all department restrictions from the template.
