LWRs not transferred from NuGenesis Stability to LMS - WKB77878

SYMPTOMS

• One or more LWRs are pulled in the NuGenesis Stability module but are not transferred into LMS as new submissions
• The following message is seen in the LMS manager.log file:
  • No database entry for Formulation = Formulation Name.
• The relevant Product entry in LMS does have a formulation with the same name given in the log file

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis Stability

CAUSE

The formulation name in LMS includes an extra space.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Select the formulation in LMS and click Copy into new formulation
2. Type the correct formulation name without extra blank spaces
3. Click OK
4. When the background job for LWR transfers next runs it will find a match for the formulation, and provided that there are no other errors, it will create submissions in LMS for the LWRs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

LMS allows blank spaces to be entered before and after formulation names.  These extra spaces are removed when the formulation is transferred over to the Stability module, and when an LWR is pulled, the formulations won't match, resulting in this error.
