Error: "[NG14570] Unknown database error" from the NuGenesis SDMS Administrator on update of a user - WKB72893

SYMPTOMS

• Login to NuGenesis SDMS Administrator and try to update a user account in any way displays the following error. 

NuGenesis SDMS Administrator.

[NG14570] Unknown database error. Please report this to your 
support or NuGenesis Technologies support.  

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

Oracle users that are used by the NuGenesis software were not grated the correct privileges to Oracle tables were there users info was stored. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. A Data base script needs to be run to verify what privileges need to be corrected in the NuGenesis Oracle DB. 
2.  Contact NuGenesis Technical support to obtain the last copy of the script and details on how it needs to be run.
