ANSWER
The storage location that you specify when initiating restore of an Empower project is actually only a temporary storage location where NuGenesis puts the Empower files for the Empower toolkit to restore back to the Empower system. Once the Restore process is complete, these temporary files are no longer needed. However, if you want to retain these files, select the "Leave Files on Disk" option.
