How to define the Preview Options for NuGenesis SDMS - WKB7149

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Define options for previewing Print Capture records in NuGenesis 8 SDMS.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS SR2
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS FR1
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS SR1

PROCEDURE

The settings for Preview Options are stored as part of the User Preferences in the database. Each SDMS user must define the Preview Options once on any client and save them to the database.

1. Open any Print Capture record in VISION Preview.
2. Click Options menu > Set Options....
3. In the Preview Options window, select options, and click <Save>.

It is not possible to set the Preview Options using an SQL script.
