Error: NuGenesis NG14419 Managed Store Error: Error while opening file - WKB67093

SYMPTOMS

• File in NuGenesis TE_Temp folder is not transferring to Managed Store location
• Error: NuGenesis NG14419 Managed Store Error 

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SR2
• NuGenesis 9 

CAUSE

Managed Store location is a NAS with McAfee Virus scanning.

McAfee was scanning the file as NuGenesis was attempting to read the file.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Create an exception rule for NuGenesis Managed Store location.
2. The exception rule is required for .1 file extension.

NGD files start with NGD<ID>
