In NuGenesis 9 SDMS, unable to get the project list from Empower 3 FR2 - WKB65642

SYMPTOMS
- When configuring an SDMS Archive template for an Empower 3 FR2 system, it is possible to fill out the Basic tab parameters, but retrieving the project exception list results in an error: "Could not get the project exception list"
ENVIRONMENT
- NuGenesis 9 SDMS
- Empower 3 FR2
CAUSE
The data adapter for Empower 3 in NuGenesis 9, data adapters release 1, does not support E3 FR2. The minimum supported version of Empower is E3 FR3.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Defect report CRI-553 was filed for this issue. There are currently no workarounds for this issue.
