The NuGenesis LMS Stability module's label generator does not retain the selected printer details - WKB64677

SYMPTOMS

• When printing labels for LWRs from the NuGenesis Stability module to a Zebra printer and with a .TL template file, the SLIM Lbael Generator appears, but the generator displays default values for the printers.  It does not have the details (IP Address and port) of the last used printer

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS

CAUSE

A software defect.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Defect report CRI-546 was filed for this issue
2. There are no known workarounds for this issue
3. An enhancement request for NuGenesis, CRI-4402, requests the ability to select label printers from a list
