Redefine permissions to allow modify access to this folder.
The initial release of NuGenesis 9 has a defect in which the NuGenesis Transfer Application—NGipvw.exe—requested administrator rights due to its internal manifest. As a result, it would always run with admin rights (pending approval by UAC) and would therefore not be blocked by permissions. The fix for that defect requires replacement of NGipvw.exe. The fixed program runs with the user's rights, and it may be blocked by file system permissions. In this case, follow the instructions in this article to correct the problem.
