How to run the audit trail reports in NuGenesis LMS - WKB63801

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Run the audit reports specified in NuGenesis LMS under System > Audit trail.

PROCEDURE

  1. Report Layout File (default) How to run the report
    Department AuditTrail/department In User Management, Departments tab, Audit Trail button
    Document AuditTrail/document In the document editor, Document menu > Reports > Audit Trail
    Failed Login AuditTrail/failedLogin In User Management, Users tab, Failed Login button
    Instrument AuditTrail/instrument In the Instruments Inventory, Instrument Report button
    Permission AuditTrail/permissions In User Management, Permissions tab, Audit Trail button
    PrintHistory AuditTrail/docPrintHistory In the document editor, Document menu > Reports > Print History.  This report will appear only if the document was created in a department or team where Print History is active.
    Privilege AuditTrail/privileges In User Management, Privileges tab, Audit Trail button
    RepPrintHistory AuditTrail/reportPrintHistory When printing a document, this report - the print history for the document - will be appended to the printout.  The report will appear only if the document was created in a department or team where Print History is active.
    SampleManagement AuditTrail/sampleManagement In My Works > Requests, Printing menu > Audit Trail report
    Template AuditTrail/template In the document template editor, Template menu > Reports > Audit Trail
