NuGenesis 8 LMS users cannot preview or restore in SDMS Project Browser - WKB6358

SYMPTOMS

• Non-administrator users cannot preview or restore data using the SDMS Project Browser in NuGenesis LMS

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SR2
• NuGenesis 8 FR1
• NuGenesis 8 SR1

CAUSE

Users have no privileges in SDMS to preview or restore data.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Log in to SDMS Administrator.

2. Click the project under Privileges.

3. Select the project to grant necessary privileges.

4. Click the VISION tab and select Preview Report and Restore Data.

5. Save changes.
