How does the scan frequency setting in a NuGenesis archive template work? - WKB60517

ANSWER
The Scan Frequency value determines how often the scan path is checked for files to archive. In SDMS, the single command lines will be executed one by one in the sequence they were created. If you have one Command line with a high Scan Frequency and multiple scan lines in the template, the high scan frequency will probably not work, because the template is busy with other command lines. This depends on the amount of data that needs to be processed and the number of templates configured in the Service Configuration Console (SCC).
