Error "[NG14426] Project level Managed store is not found" appears in TE_TEMP folder - WKB60491

SYMPTOMS

• Files are .mark_bad in NuGenesis TE_Temp folder
• The following message appears in the TE_TEMP folder:
  • ErrorString1=14426:1:3406:[NG14426] Project level Managed store is not found.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The "Managed Storage" option is set in the project properties, but no Managed Storage Location is configured for the project.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Identify the project:

1. Open a .mark_bad file in Notepad.
2. Look for the text "DataBaseName=".
3. The project name will be next to that text.

Configure the project for managed storage:

1. Log in to NuGenesis Administrator.
2. Select the project under Master List.
3. Right-click the project and click Properties.
4. Select the Managed Storage Locations tab.
5. Add the Managed Storage device to the project.
6. Click OK to close the Properties window.
7. Click the Save button. Enter a username, password, and reason for change if prompted.
