Error "Project Locking failed" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log file - WKB59051

SYMPTOMS

• No Empower data is archived into NuGenesis

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• Empower 3

CAUSE

The Empower user, as specified in the Request Line of the File Capture Template, does not have the Empower “Lock Project” privilege.

FIX or WORKAROUND

In Empower, assign the appropriate privilege to the user.
