OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Create a secure FTP site for NuGenesis Manage Storage.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

PROCEDURE

1. Go to IIS ftp site, add.
2. Open FTP SSL settings.
3. Under SSL Policy, click on either Allow SSL connections or Require SSL connections.
4. Add the SSL certificate. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Note: If a certificate is not added, users will not have access to the FTP site.
A domain certificate is the best type of certificate to apply. Domain certificates are applicable to all users on the domain.
