Error "GetExceptionServicesList: Error in getting Exceptions Services List" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log file - WKB58718

SYMPTOMS

• No Empower data is archived into NuGenesis 8 SR2

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 Data Adapters Release 3 HF2
• Empower 3 SR3

CAUSE

The Exception List was not saved during the File Capture Template Request Line creation.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the File Capture Template, edit the Request Line, and save the Exception List. (You may need to toggle one of the project check boxes in order to enable the "Apply" button.)
