SYMPTOMS
- No Empower data is archived into NuGenesis 8 SR2
ENVIRONMENT
- NuGenesis 8 SDMS
- NuGenesis 8 Data Adapters Release 3 HF2
- Empower 3
CAUSE
The Empower client and NuGenesis File Capture modules are installed on the same computer. The NuGenesis Oracle client is listed first in the environment variable PATH.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Update the PATH environment variable so that the Empower Oracle client is listed first.
