ANSWER
SDMS can archive Empower projects that were previously backed up to a disk. The data would need to be backed up with the NuGenesis Generic data adapter and Leaf-Level Grouping. Empower-specific metadata would not be available with this data adapter; nor would it be possible to convert the results within the projects to JCAMP files.
The Empower data adapter in SDMS is designed to first back up projects from the Empower database and then copy the backed-up files into the SDMS database.
