How to change the anonymous user FTP settings on Windows 2008 for NuGenesis - WKB44624

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Change the anonymous user in IIS for the NuGenesis Vision Downloads FTP site.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS 
• Windows 2008 R2

PROCEDURE

1. Open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
2. Click on the server name.
3. Click on the FTP site that you want to modify. 
4. Double-click and open FTP Authentication. 
5. On the Anonymous Authentication right-hand side, click Edit.
6. Specify the username and password, and save the settings.
7. Restart the FTP site.
