Error when opening an audit trail in NuGenesis LMS: Problems in ExperimentServiceImpl.buildAuditTrail(String, ...) - WKB28070

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears when opening a document audit trail:
  • com.creon.erm.common.SystemException: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 17

    Problems in ExperimentServiceImpl.buildAuditTrail(String, String, boolean, boolean, boolean, boolean, boolean, boolean, boolean, String)

• The document audit trail does not appear
• The audit trail report works for other NuGenesis LMS documents

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 ELN

CAUSE

An invalid Modification date in the database

FIX or WORKAROUND
