The NuGenesis SDMS Archive Agent refresh interval shows as 1 hour in the SCC, despite a different value being saved - WKB244646

SYMPTOMS

• Archive Agent refresh interval is always displayed as 1 hour, despite a different refresh interval value previously being saved 
• For example, set refresh interval for Archive Agent in SCC to 12 hours, click save and then close the SCC; when you launch the SCC again and log back in, the value displayed for Archive Agent Refresh is 1 hour

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis SDMS 8 SR1

CAUSE

This is a known defect that was resolved in NuGenesis SDMS 8 SR2.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. If you need to make changes to parameters in SCC, you must remember to change the refresh interval back to the desired value BEFORE clicking Save, otherwise the refresh interval is set to 1 hour when you click Save.
2. The Archive Agent will refresh as expected according to the last Refresh interval saved, despite "1 hour" being displayed on the Archive Agent tab of the SCC.
