Duplicate records seen in NuGenesis SDMS WebVision for a single print job - WKB236197

SYMPTOMS

• In an SDMS Print Data project, users see two records that have the same Report GUID but distinct NGID values
• The user prints the report once to NuGenesis UNIFY, but two copies of the report appear in WebVision
• The "Data/Time of Print" column shows the same timestamp for the two records, but the Date/Time of Database Insertion values are distinct

CRI-3492 was filed as a defect report for this issue, but it was rejected with the reason "works as designed".
