Error "System Code (67) - The network name cannot be found" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent activity logs - WKB22399

SYMPTOMS

• The following error is reported in the NuGenesis Archive Agent activity log:
  • "Error category: 1  System Code (67) - The network name cannot be found"

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The machine being scanned is offline.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• If the machine being scanned is turned off for a period and will be turned back on in the future, nothing needs to be done. The error can be documented and ignored.
• If the computer being scanned is turned off permanently, disable the Archive Template line.
