Error "NGAgentExecutive: Failure to identify EVS Objects" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log file - WKB19757

SYMPTOMS

• The following message appears in the Archive Agent activity log:
  • "NGAgentExecutive: Failure to identify EVS Objects.  Vendor - Protocol - Revision"

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The specific data adapter named in the error message as Vendor - Protocol - Revision is not installed on the NuGenesis Archive Agent machine.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Run the NuGenesis Data Adapters Auto IQ check to confirm the list of installed data adapters. If the DA named in the error message is not installed, obtain the latest Data Adapters release media from Waters and install the missing adapters.

If the error message names the "NuGenesis Technologies Corp. - Archive on Demand - 0" adapter, use the attached registry file to install the missing registry keys.
