SYMPTOMS

• Zebra Printer works on some clients but not on others
• "Print labels unhandled error: Root element is missing" when trying to print from LMS form  

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8
• NuGenesis 9

CAUSE

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Use the "Programs and Features" option in Windows to determine the versions of Zebra Printer installed on the working client and the non-working client.
2. Remove the non-working version and install the version that is installed on the client where Zebra Printer works.
