SYMPTOMS
- After upgrading a client machine to Windows 10 v1909, the SDMS Transfer App does not work; users are prompted to install the transfer app even though it is installed
- the .NGX file type is not registered
ENVIRONMENT
- NuGenesis 9 SDMS
- NuGenesis 8 SDMS
- Windows 10 v1909
CAUSE
Unknown.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Run the "Register SDMS MIME Type" shortcut in the Start menu to re-register the .NGX file type
