Error "Single-row subquery returns more than one row" in NuGenesis Stability pull list - WKB17902

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears in NuGenesis Stability when opening the pull list:
  • Single-row subquery returns more than one row

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 LMS FR1
• NuGenesis 8 LMS SR2

CAUSE

The Stability database contains some duplicate entries in the following conditions:

• A user adds a non-pull event to a study protocol for a time interval that is not in the protocol
• The study protocol is copied to a new study

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Look through all of the studies in the NuGenesis Stability database for ones that have a non-pull event in the protocol.
2. Delete the non-pull event.
3. Save and close the protocol editor.
4. Right-click the study and choose Edit Protocol Template.
5. Click the Intervals tab.
6. Select the appropriate interval for the non-pull event. Click OK.
7. Right-click the study and click Edit Protocol.
8. Select the time interval and add the non-pull event.
