Error "Not enough quota is available to process this command" when adding a file to NuGenesis LMS section template - WKB13915

SYMPTOMS

• The following error appears when attempting to add a file to a section template in NuGenesis LMS Section Management:

  • Not enough quota is available to process this command

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 LMS SR2
• NuGenesis 8 LMS FR1
• NuGenesis 8 ELN SR1

CAUSE

The page file on the NuGenesis LMS client machine is too small.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open Windows Control Panel > System.
2. Select the Advanced tab, and click Settings under Performance.
3. Select the Advanced tab in the Performance Options window and click Change under Virtual memory.
4. Select the "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives" option.
5. Click OK to all of the dialog boxes and restart the machine if requested.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The steps above are subject to change in newer versions of Windows. If the user runs LMS through Citrix, execute those steps on the Citrix servers.
