- Files remain in TE_TEMP rather than being moved to the NuGenesis database or Managed Storage
- One or more *.mark_bad files appear in the TE_TEMP folder
- The following error message appears in the *.mark_bad files:
- "ErrorString2229=2:1:1565:The system cannot find the file specified"
- NuGenesis 8 SDMS
- A reboot of the server or a restart of the NuGenesis RPC service while files are captured;
- or, a temporary drop of the network connection
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Delete or move all of the Mark_bad files from TE_TEMP into a new folder.
- Restart the RPC service.
This error message means that all the files in the group that are needed to insert the record in questions are not in TE_TEMP.
