How to create RF calibration including analyte internal standard with TargetLynx - WKB91536

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Create an internal standard RF calibration for all samples (analyte) with TargetLynx.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• TargetLynx

PROCEDURE

1. Right-click on the Calibration window in TargetLynx and select Display Option.
2. Select “Display RF calibration by points” and “Show QC points” on the Calibration tab.
3. Change all Analyte in Sample Type column in Sample list to QC.
4. Reprocess.
5. Because the QC is plotted, the sample that was originally Analyte is plotted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The same can be done by changing the Type field using Edit in TargetLynx.
