CAUSE
The process was performed with the minimum peak area = 0, and a peak such as noise having a retention time close to the Predicted Retention Time was recognized.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Click the Edit Method in TargetLynx.
- On the Integration Properties screen, click the + mark of Threshold Parameters.
- Set the Threshold Absolute Area with an Area value larger than the noise peak, such as 1000.
