• Set the chromatogram vertical axis to the desired value with MassLynx

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

PROCEDURE

1. Open a chromatogram in the MassLynx Chromatogram window.
2. From the menu bar, select Display > View.
3. On the Chromatogram Display View screen, select “Intensity”, enter the desired value, and click OK.
4. Check that the desired value has been set in the upper right corner of the chromatogram.
