SYMPTOMS

• Incorrect OpenLynx report format generated during printing to pdf file or printer
• Examples:
  Layout incorrect
  Portrait format instead of Landscape
  MS windows not side by side
  Report headers incorrect

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• OALogin
• OpenLynx
• Diversity Browser

CAUSE

Incorrect OpenLynx Report Scheme file (.ors) was selected within the OpenLynx parameter file (.olp) or no .ors file was selected and different OpenLynx Report Scheme file (.ors) was selected in OAManager application.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Open OpenLynx parameter file, select Printing tab, and browse to the correct OpenLynx Report Scheme file (.ors).

Check setting in OALogin > File > Print Report Format to confirm selected report scheme if required.
