How to view a MassLynx pressure trace - WKB8529

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

View a pressure trace channel in MassLynx.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1

PROCEDURE

1. Select the chromatogram link above the table.
2. From the menu, select Display and choose Mass...
3. From the Function drop-down menu, select the pressure channel you want to see.

(To have a pressure channel in the menu, a pressure-channel option must be selected when the acquisition is run.)
