When acquiring a centroid data set on the tune page, you can specify the lockmass, but it is an internal lockmass because tune page acquisitions are from either the sample probe or the lockspray probe. Once acquired, there is only one function; there is not a separate lockmass channel/function. The only way to get the lockmass channel/trace is to acquire data from the sample list instead. Also note that the lockmass selection on the tune page is used for defining the mass to use; it doesn't define the cone voltage, DRE settings, or scan time.
