No. BitLocker and Trusted Platform Module (TPM) are not supplied with the official Waters image.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The P520/P720 Lenovo workstations sold by Waters do NOT include the hardware TPM chip.
• These workstations support firmware-based TPM only, not discrete TPM (dTPM), which is the hardware chip-based TPM.  
• Firmware TPM is a software-only solution that runs in a CPU's trusted execution environment.
