How to queue multiple sample sets in MassLynx - WKB7882

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Queue multiple sample sets in MassLynx.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1 or 4.2

PROCEDURE

1. Highlight the samples that you want to run in the first sample set. 
2. Click the Play button. 
3. Select Acquire Sample Data and click OK.
4. Open the second sample list.
5. Highlight the samples that you want to run in the second sample set.
6. Click the Play button.
7. Select Acquire Sample Data and click OK.
8. Click the Queue button. The two sample sets are displayed in the left column.
