MassLynx does not open - WKB7628

SYMPTOMS

• MassLynx does not open when selecting the MassLynx icon
• MassLynx does not open when running an executable found in the MassLynx directory

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1 

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Uninstall MassLynx. 
2. Delete the micromass utilities folder from C:/.
3. Reinstall MassLynx.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Verify that there are no other users logged into the computer with MassLynx open.
