MassLynx does not inject or collect data when queue is started - WKB74528

SYMPTOMS

• No injection occurs
• No data is collected
• Sample List goes to completion immediately
• Event Triggers are set up correctly

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

CAUSE

When starting the run, the Acquire Sample Data check box is not selected.

FIX or WORKAROUND

When the start run button is pressed, ensure that the "Acquire Sample Data" check box is selected.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This sometimes happens when customers are only processing a data set and forget to reselect the box when ready to run samples.
