MassLynx Security rollout file does not load - WKB65342

SYMPTOMS

• When installing MassLynx, you cannot import the MassLynx Security rollout file

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx Security

CAUSE

If the Windows installer is used when installing MassLynx Security, MassLynx does not recognize the rollout file.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Always install MassLynx using the setup.exe file from the CD or download.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If the Windows installer is used, MassLynx must be removed and a new installation performed.
