SYMPTOMS
- ACQUITY System Status "Inlet Not Ready" in the inlet method
- Hardware appears to be ready
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx 4.1
- ACQUITY UPLC
- Xevo TQ-S Micro
CAUSE
Mismatch between the status of the hardware and the ready state within the software.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close MassLynx and the ACQUITY console.
- Restart the ACQUITY hardware.
- Wait a few minutes before powering-on MassLynx.
