The Integrate Chromatogram dialog in MassLynx does not open or appear when selecting Process > Integrate from the Chromatogram view menu - WKB62107

SYMPTOMS

• The Integrate Chromatogram dialog does not open when selecting Process > Integrate from the Chromatogram view menu
• Other options from the Process menu open as expected
• Closing and reopening MassLynx does not resolve

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1 SCN 945

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close MassLynx.
2. Reboot the PC.
3. Open MassLynx.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If the above does not solve the problem, change the display screen resolution. Sometimes the box is mapped outside the display range. You can then grab it and move it back to the proper position.
