How to process samples using a saved calibration curve in TargetLynx - WKB6187

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Process samples using a previously saved calibration curve.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• TargetLynx

PROCEDURE

In the sample list, do the following:

1. Highlight samples with the sample type QC, Blank, or Analyte.
2. Click Process.
3. Clear the Calibrate Standards check box.
4. Click  in the Curve field.
5. Browse to the saved calibration curve (*.cdb) file.
6. In the Select Quantify Calibration file window, click Open.
7. In the Create TargetLynx dataset window, click OK.
