MassLynx becomes unresponsive and requires EPC reboot with Xevo TQ-S micro - WKB61832

SYMPTOMS

• MassLynx stops, and no further data is acquired
• Must reboot EPC before the system works again
• MassLynx 4.2 SCN 977 and onward

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• Xevo TQ-S micro

CAUSE

Bug in MassLynx software: an issue with certain dwell times causes a timing conflict. Reported in CRI-6758.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• No fix
• Workaround: Do not use the following dwell times:
  0.041 s, 0.169 s, 0.233 s, 0.338 s, 0.402 s, 0.658 s, and 0.858 s

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Dwell times from 1 ms to 1 s were tested; only the times noted above caused an issue.
